Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing global team of independent contractors who live our culture and deliver unfair advantage to clients
• Design and automate efficient HR systems—from sourcing top talent to seamless onboarding and performance tracking
• Foster extreme ownership and meritocracy through our transparent token reward system to keep motivation and retention high
• Own contractor relationships, agreements, payouts, and conflict resolution with empathy and precision
• Turn team feedback into rapid improvements in processes, tools, and culture that directly accelerate growth and innovation
• Source exceptional talent that gives the company an edge in digital transformation and platform execution
