Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering, maintenance, and safety functions across multiple hotel properties.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and asset reliability.
• Drive preventive maintenance strategies and facilities management.
• Lead energy management initiatives and manage capital projects.
• Oversee M&E systems, HVAC, and Fire & Life Safety systems operations and maintenance.
• Develop, coach, and build capability within the engineering team.
• Support the hotels' business objectives and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Sound knowledge of Building Services Engineering, preventive maintenance, and facilities management.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, HVAC, and Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Knowledge of Thai building regulations, safety standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team development skills.
