About the Role

ttb bank is hiring an IT Security (Identity & Data Access Control) specialist responsible for operating and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies to ensure appropriate user access, role management, and system security across the organization. The role supports daily access administration, troubleshooting user account issues, reviewing access rights, and collaborating with teams to investigate security events, reporting, and supporting compliance in a regulated/banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Identity Access Management technologies, including CyberArk
• Manage user profiles, roles and application access rights matrix
• Troubleshoot end-user account and related access problems
• Review users, access rights and inactive user accounts
• Work with related teams to investigate and respond to security events
• Support and coordinate to provide information for related teams
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to executives
• Support compliance and security operations within a regulated/banking environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• 2–5 years of OS platform/admin, security admin or related work experience
• Experience with IAM technologies is an advantage
• Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), user access management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), LDAP, AD, etc.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in banking business is an advantage
