Lead Business Analyst and System Analyst

About the Company

Jenosize Digital Group is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to fill a dual role as Lead Business Analyst and System Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions and leverage expertise in both business analysis and systems analysis to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Lead the identification and analysis of business needs and requirements across various departments.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather information and understand stakeholder needs.
• Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain data flow diagrams (DFDs), entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and other business analysis models.
• Partner with system analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Systems Analysis: Work closely with developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Participate in system selection processes, evaluating potential solutions against business requirements.
• Develop and document system test plans and oversee system testing activities.
• Assist with user training and documentation for new systems.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior business analysts and system analysts within the team and foster strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and/or systems analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing business analysis and systems analysis projects.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
• Experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., ERDs).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus).
