Facility Manager

Purpose:

Lead and manage all facility operations for the data center, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of uptime and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including mechanical, electrical, and critical systems
• Manage facility budget, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning
• Lead facility team including technical managers, engineers, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and SOPs
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on facility-related matters
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
• Ensure 24/7 operational readiness and emergency response capability
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management

Job Specification

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in facility management, with at least 5 years in data center or mission-critical environments
• Proven track record managing large-scale facility operations
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)

Language:

• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)
