Senior Service / Process Engineer – Thermoforming Machines

About the Role

Senior Service / Process Engineer – Thermoforming Machines based in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. Overseas service engineer for global market leader Kiefel (Brückner Group Asia Pacific), responsible for worldwide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and technical support for advanced Kiefel thermoforming machines. Onsite, full-time role with extensive international field work.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of Kiefel thermoforming machines around the globe.
• Conversion, retrofitting and relocation of machines in use by the customer.
• Troubleshooting machine malfunctions or failures and providing on-site support for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical advice on improvements for the customer's decision makers.
• Write accurate documentation on handovers, acceptance and services conducted.
• Train customer technicians during first commissioning and provide on-site guidance during the initial production process.
• Identify possible causes of problems and communicate them to the customer.
• Participate in internal Kiefel knowledge exchange.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a service engineer.
• Excellent command of English.
• Full and unrestricted readiness for deployment across the globe.
• Extensive knowledge of the mechanical engineering industry and its trends and techniques.
• Experience in the thermoforming industry is an advantage.
• Excellent team player with cultural adaptability and proactive, service-minded communication to customers.
