Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer centric, open minded, proactive, and think beyond the task.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach for the ultimate experience to all consumers through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
• Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind; partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficiently handle cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy and follow directives of store management.

Qualifications

• Fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years old.
