About the Role
Daily checking and approving repair estimates.
Controlling and expediting vendors to repair equipment according to their capacity.
Coordinate with Regional MNR for the estimates of repair exceeding local limit
Daily monitor MNR performance of all appointed depots.
Minimizing repair costs while ensuring all units meet “ZIM” criteria.
Responsible for 3rd party claim damage after consignee return empty container at our depot.
Manage relationships with depots to streamline processes.
Collaborate closely with customer service team to ensure all exceptional cases are resolved promptly.
Implement advanced technologies to improve daily tasks and reports.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- University Degree and 2 years of experience in the maritime industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skill
- Positive attitude
- Microsoft office knowledge
