About the Role

Application Design (System Analyst) responsible for impact analysis, analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and ensuring alignment between technology and business needs. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather specifications, prepares system documentation, supports testing activities, and works closely with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing system performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and application design aligned with IT Blueprint standards
• Adopt and apply appropriate technologies in development
• Work within Agile methodology (background in Agile preferable)
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and gather specifications
• Develop and analyze functional/technical specifications
• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
• Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance
• Keep up to date with technology trends and developments
• Maintain IT Service Management policies, processes, and procedures

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in Mobile Application, Tablet platform or related
• Experience as a System Analyst in banking or financial area
• Strong knowledge of development tools such as SQL, Java (basic), monitoring tools, and mobile tools
• Responsible for developing technical specifications and analyzing system requirements
• Experience in Agile culture
• Strong Thai language skills, both verbal and written
