SR&T : Senior Consultant/ Manager - Regulatory & Financial Risk - TH

Responsibilities

• Develop computational tools for in-house use or client services according to business requirements using SQL, Python, R and similar programs.
• Design and manage databases as required by projects.
• Perform data cleansing, data manipulation and data shaping to meet business requirements.
• Configure systems/software (e.g., SAS) according to business requirements.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Act as a people leader: develop team members, set priorities and direction, collaborate across stakeholders, make informed decisions, and drive high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid background, preferably with professional experience in banks/financial institutions in a Business Intelligence Developer role.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, information technology or related programming discipline.
• Modest computational background with knowledge of statistics and econometrics.
• Programming experience (preferably in banking systems) using languages such as SQL, Python, R.
• Experience with database design and management and familiarity with analytics/configuration of software such as SAS.
• Computer literacy in standard applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to deal with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Adaptive team player with strong interpersonal skills, self-initiation, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good communication and documentation skills in both Thai and English.
• For male candidates: Certificate of Military Exemption is required.
