Inbound Senior Lead (Samut Sakhon)

About the Role

Manage, plan and organize overall Inbound activities to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments into the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Inbound team to achieve contractual and business plan KPI targets.
• Ensure availability of resources for consistent achievement of agreed KPI targets.
• Ensure smooth communication with own department and related departments for arrival and inbounding of all shipments to warehouse following due dates, SLAs and KPIs.
• Plan and manage Inbound operations using strong data analysis and information to meet department and business goals.
• Control and monitor internal procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage productivity of receiving and other functions within the department.
• Analyze data to improve Inbound performance.
• Plan manpower to support campaigns and ensure meeting all SLAs.
• Recruit, coach, mentor and train new hires and team members; counsel on work-related activities, personal growth or career development and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures.
• Assess training needs and arrange or provide appropriate instruction.
• Coordinate with WMS team to improve WMS support for operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic management, Supply Chain or any related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience managing a B2C fulfillment operation (e-commerce highly preferred).
• Strong experience in Inbound area.
• Good team player and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral English.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of WMS systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to improve operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
