About the Role

This role reports directly to Sr. Key Account Manager and will be based in Head office, Phaholyothin, BKK. Onsite, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and build/maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to understand clients’ business goals and challenges.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account profitability.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth account management and timely delivery.
• Communicate clients’ requirements effectively to ensure high-quality service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors and provide recommendations to enhance product offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and forecasts; monitor key metrics such as sales volume, market share, and profitability.
