Smartphone GTM Operations

About the Role

Smartphone GTM Operations at Xiaomi Technology. Responsible for monitoring and supporting the achievement of the country’s sell-in targets; managing distributor sales and coordinating channel projects; handling supply, demand planning, inventory and import documentation for smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support achievement of the country’s overall sell-in targets, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are achieved.
• Track and update nationwide PSI data, including purchases, sales, and inventory.
• Lead and coordinate sales-related work with distributors, including arranging, preparing, and participating in customer/distributor meetings.
• Monitor distributor PSI performance and follow up on payment transactions, customer information updates, contract progress, and other distributor-related matters.
• Act as the country-side owner for channel projects initiated by headquarters; coordinate with stakeholders to implement projects and ensure effective local execution.
• Develop annual and quarterly demand plans for smartphones, tablets, and related products; conduct rolling forecasts with regional teams and local GTM.
• Ensure local inventory levels are healthy and reasonable; coordinate to address supply and demand issues, supply abnormalities, stock shortages, overstock risks, and slow-moving inventory.
• Maintain balanced supply rhythm across product categories and manage end-to-end preparation, follow-up, and coordination of import documentation for smartphone and tablet products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1–3 years working experience in the consumer goods industry; experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, or product supply-sales operations preferred.
• Strong learning ability, data analysis skills, and logical thinking.
• Detail-oriented with strong cross-functional coordination skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and strong interest in technology products.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English; Chinese is preferred.
