Electrical Technician MC

คำอธิบายงาน

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery in the tire manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow PM (Preventive Maintenance) and PdM (Predictive Maintenance) plans
• Perform PLC and IPC data backup
• Repair and troubleshoot production machinery using machine software
• Improve machinery to enhance product quality, increase production levels, and reduce breakdowns
• Ensure high machine availability
• Change and set up tools
• Maintain spare parts and consumable materials
• Report work details in SAP-PM (work order confirmations, spare parts reservations, etc.)
• Coordinate with the IT department to resolve network issues
• Comply with ESH (Environment, Safety & Health) work instructions and 5S activities
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization daily

Keys to Success: Direct impact on maintenance costs, production output, and factory scrap costs.

คุณสมบัติ

Education:

• Technical degree/qualification required (country-specific legal requirements for skilled workers/electricians)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• First practical knowledge in industrial automation
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus (optional)

Technical Skills:

• Electrical engineering & programming (PLC, electronic systems, drives, industrial networks — Siemens and/or Beckhoff)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of safety systems (safety devices and functions)
• Mechanical knowledge (pneumatic, hydraulic, lubrication, alignment) including reading pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams
• Knowledge of tire manufacturing process

IT Skills:

• SAP-PM, SFI, WMS, Microsoft Office Package

Language:

• Basic English skills (helpful but not mandatory)
