Product Specialist (Healthcare IT)

Our client, a global leader in healthcare technology, is looking for a Product Specialist to join its TrakCare Regional Edition team in Thailand. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the world’s leading Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms while collaborating with international product and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise InterSystems TrakCare to meet local healthcare requirements.

• Gather and analyse business and clinical requirements.

• Create functional specifications, use cases, and product documentation.

• Work closely with product, implementation, QA, and development teams.

• Support product demonstrations, training, and customer engagements.

• Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to healthcare clients.

Requirements

• Clinical background (Medical Doctor, Nurse, or other healthcare professional preferred).

• Experience with Healthcare IT or healthcare software implementation.

• Strong business analysis and documentation skills.

• Experience with EMR/EHR or clinical applications is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Medical, Science, Technology, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
