Responsibilities

• Support marketing team for all marketing jobs which are concerning products and brand activation
• Coordinate and support marketing projects such as sourcing the information or material
• Implement marketing activities such as launching plan, advertising plan, promotion and premiums
• Evaluate and analyze performance of marketing activities
• Initiate markets and consumer research
• Coordinate with both internal parties such as RD, Trade Marketing, Purchasing and external parties for instance ad agency, organizer, research house to accomplish any assigned projects/activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 0-2 year experience in Marketing, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG) business, especially as PRINCIPAL
• Familiar with marketing activities; promotion, new product launch, marketing event, market research, etc.
• Good in English communication
• Computer literature; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, if familiar with AC Nielson will be preferred
• Good proactive and interpersonal skill
