About the Role

Responsible for performing various warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in a safe and efficient manner to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders. Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
• Storage & Inventory Management: Organize and store products in designated areas. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Order Picking & Packing: Pick items according to order specifications. Pack and label goods securely for dispatch.
• Dispatch & Loading: Prepare shipments for delivery and load onto transport vehicles. Ensure correct documentation accompanies outgoing goods.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety protocols and use PPE. Keep warehouse clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
