Operation Support Specialist - Planning & Control Tower, SPX Express

About the Role

• Responsible for onsite seller operations performance.
• Develop strategies to drive synergy across different sellers to meet operational performance.
• Continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) on productivity, quality, service level and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Operational Excellence Team to drive Quality Assurance, productivity improvements and SOP development.
• Assist in planning and implementation of cross-functional projects to ensure progress within targeted timelines.
• Work closely with management to determine long-term strategies and set realistic operational goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Able to travel to seller locations every week.
• Experience in team management; proactive and able to use initiative.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and business sense; able to make judgments based on logical reasons.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Quick learner, adaptive, flexible, committed and result-oriented; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven attitude.
