Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for an all-around graphic designer with strong taste, marketing sense, and hands-on experience using AI design tools. This role will support branding, rebranding, static ad creatives, digital assets, and visual systems for an anime-inspired e-commerce brand. It is best suited for a designer who can combine aesthetic judgment with performance-focused design and produce high-quality creative quickly.

About The Role

This role is for a designer who can help improve and scale our visual output across brand, advertising, and product marketing. You will work on projects such as brand identity updates, static ad images, packaging-related visuals, digital assets, and creative concepts that feel premium while still fitting a fun anime-inspired niche.

We are especially interested in someone who is fluent with AI design workflows, not just traditional template-based tools. The right person will have strong visual taste, understand what makes creative effective for marketing, and be able to generate, refine, and adapt designs at a high volume without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality static ad images for e-commerce, social media, and performance marketing campaigns
• Use AI design tools to generate, refine, and scale creative concepts efficiently
• Support brand refreshes and rebranding projects, including visual direction, typography, color palettes, and design systems
• Design digital assets that align with a premium, polished, and anime-inspired brand aesthetic
• Develop creative concepts that balance strong visual taste with marketing performance
• Produce graphics for ads, website assets, product launches, email campaigns, and other brand touchpoints
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from the team
• Maintain consistency across brand visuals while adapting designs for different platforms and campaigns
• Bring a strong eye for composition, hierarchy, color, and overall creative quality

Must-Haves

• Strong graphic design portfolio showing polished, professional visual work
• Experience using AI tools for design, creative generation, image production, or design workflows
• Good taste and strong visual judgment, especially for premium, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
• Understanding of marketing-focused design, especially static ads and conversion-oriented creative
• Ability to create clean, high-quality visuals without relying only on basic Canva templates
• Ability to work quickly, take feedback well, and improve designs through iteration
• Strong attention to detail across layout, typography, color, and brand consistency
• Availability for consistent long-term remote work

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with rebranding, brand identity systems, or brand guideline development
• Experience designing for luxury, fashion, jewelry, accessories, or lifestyle brands
• Experience creating ads for e-commerce brands
• Knowledge of anime aesthetics, pop-culture-inspired design, or anime fan communities
• Interest in jewelry, bags, clothing, accessories, or other style-driven products
• Experience with packaging, inserts, or other physical brand assets
