Finance Business Partner

About the Role

The Finance Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership, acting as the key interface between Finance and commercial operations. The role is responsible for driving Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), performance management, and financial governance to support profitable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. This position moves beyond traditional accounting and reporting, focusing on forward-looking financial insight, decision support, and strategic business partnering in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering
  Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior leadership across business units; provide financial insights to support strategic decisions, revenue growth, pricing, and margin optimization; translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations; influence commercial and operational decisions through data-driven insights.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes aligned with regional and group objectives; conduct detailed variance analysis to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities; analyze client, project, and business unit profitability to drive margin enhancement; support cash flow forecasting and working capital visibility; deliver actionable insights to improve financial and operational performance.
• Financial Control & Reporting
  Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with group policies and accounting standards; strengthen internal controls, reconciliation processes, and cut-off discipline; oversee Thai statutory compliance including VAT, WHT, and CIT; support internal and external audits and ensure continuous audit readiness; maintain high data integrity across all financial reporting processes.
• Operational Finance & Process Optimization
  Drive process improvements across billing, revenue recognition, project tracking, and payout mechanisms; enhance financial governance in a fast-moving, project-based environment; support transformation and operational efficiency initiatives across Finance and business functions.
• Stakeholder Management
  Collaborate closely with Thailand leadership, Regional Finance, and Shared Service Centers (SSC); act as a key liaison between Finance and commercial teams; influence senior stakeholders with strong financial storytelling and insights.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles.
• Strong commercial finance background beyond pure accounting or transactional finance.
• Solid hands-on experience in Thai tax and statutory compliance (VAT, WHT, CIT).
• Experience in advertising, media, digital, agency, production, or similar service-based industries preferred.
• Proven experience in transformation, integration, or high-growth environments.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and business influencing capabilities.
• High integrity, governance mindset, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required for regional and global communication.
