Sales Manager - Samui Based

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic, Samui-based Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue, exceeding sales targets, and building strong client relationships. Join us in helping to maximize occupancy and deliver exceptional business results at Kimpton Kitalay Samui (IHG).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, and networking activities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and support budgeting processes.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
• Represent the hotel professionally while upholding Kimpton, IHG, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving revenue, exceeding sales targets, and building strong client relationships.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality sales preferred.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage account relationships.
