TSG Manager

About the Role

TSG Manager will be responsible for developing, instituting and maintaining a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program for the plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the TPM and 5S culture and program for the plant, guide company standards within the plant and serve as a change agent for continuous improvement.
• Drive TPM events and train equipment operators and supervisors on equipment maintenance and participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance and engineering teams to develop and improve autonomous, preventive, predictive, and reliability maintenance programs.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and training on TPM methodology, culture, and tools in one-on-one and group settings to reinforce knowledge and skills.
• Provide training on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), PDCA principles, root cause & problem-solving techniques, visual management, 5S, autonomous maintenance and Kaizen.
• Execute a TPM learning/training plan for the plant.
• Influence moulding, polishing and fabrication functions within the plant to grow and evolve the TPM culture.
• Influence design of electrical related equipment including PLC, MDB and equipment related to plant infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Engineer preferably in Mechanical or Electronics with over 5 years’ experience in a plant environment and minimum 3 years in equipment maintenance roles.
• Experience with Lean and TPM manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and at multiple levels within the plant.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire employees and managers at all levels.
• Goal-oriented and proactive in problem solving, with creativity and high energy levels.
