We are now looking for an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to lead our customs operations in Thailand. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about delivering top-class clearance performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Customs Clearance function to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Oversee and ensure accurate preparation, submission, and timely lodgement of customs declarations.
• Provide expert consultation on customs processes for internal teams, sales, and customers.
• Stay ahead of the game by updating teams and clients on new customs, trade, and technical regulations.
• Support clients with post-clearance audits, revaluations, and dispute consultations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to guarantee the timely clearance of shipments (air, ocean, and multimodal freight).
• Continuously evaluate and enhance customs procedures to balance speed, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor the Customs Clearance team to achieve operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience in Customs Brokerage / Clearance, with proven leadership.
• Customs Specialist License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance, classification, and harmonisation codes.
• Hands-on experience with air and ocean freight clearance (multimodal exposure is a plus).
• In-depth understanding of Thai customs laws and international trade practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership with the ability to develop and inspire teams.
• Good communication in Thai and conversational English.
