Pre Post Sales Engineer

About the Company

Join our professional global team in the smart home & AIoT industry! We develop full-range self-owned smart hardware and one-stop intelligent solutions, serving residential, hotel and commercial projects worldwide. Now we are looking for a Solution-oriented Technical Specialist based in Bangkok.

Location: Jubilee Prestige Tower, 202 Ratchadapisek Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok
Role Focus: Pre-sales solution design, technical consulting, project support & customer training (Not pure after-sales)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and customized industry solutions
• Deliver product training & certification to clients and partners
• Analyze project demands, build technical plans and support tender work
• Collect customer feedback to drive product optimization

Qualifications

• Native Thai speaker; fluent in English for reading, writing and public presentation
• Degree in Computer / Electronic Engineering or related; smart home industry background highly preferred
• At least 3 years of IoT working experience; background in real estate & hotel industries is a big advantage
• Strong capability in solution presentation
• Project management experience preferred

Benefits

• Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB / month. Extra terms negotiable.
