• Support the Marketing team in preparing and validating product quality documentation required for product listing across all sales channels.
• Prepare, review, and verify the accuracy of product quality documentation before providing it to customers through the sales team (e.g., questionnaires, product guarantees, and related compliance documents), requiring access to confidential company and product information.
• Administer and monitor customer documentation platforms, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and coordination of issue resolution with relevant internal teams.
• Control and maintain standard packaging materials and related documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency with company requirements.
• Maintain and update departmental working procedures and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotech, Biochemistry, Science, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Basic knowledge or experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory Affairs, or Production.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and ensure accuracy of documents before submission.
• Good accountability and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate learning agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
