Treasury Officer

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing treasury and banking operations, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of payment transactions, cash management activities, bank administration, regulatory reporting, and treasury-related controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with banks on banking facilities, online banking administration, authorized signatories, and account maintenance.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury documentation in accordance with company policies and controls.
• Administer bank guarantees, including issuance, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and supporting documentation required by financial institutions and regulatory authorities, including the Bank of Thailand (BOT).
• Process tax payments through approved banking platforms and ensure timely settlement of statutory obligations.
• Manage corporate card administration and related banking arrangements.
• Monitor cheque-related transactions, including issuance, cancellation, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare treasury-related receipts and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial recording.
• Liaise with internal departments, regional teams, and financial institutions to support treasury operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Finance, or Accounting.
• Knowledge of cash management, banking operations, FX transactions, and payment processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and banking platforms.
• Good communication skills in English and Thai.
