Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive failure analysis for customer claims (RMA) with validated root cause (data/experiment supported)
• Investigate in-process failures (ICT, FCT, Flying Probe, and EOL) and differentiate symptom vs. true root cause
• Execute HLA (assembly unit), board-level (PCBA) and component-level troubleshooting (signal, sound, power, intermittent issues)
• Design and perform verification experiments to confirm root cause
• Generate FA reports with clear failure mode, evidence and validation
• Support 8D / RCCA with actionable and measurable outcomes
• Define analysis approach and priority based on risk and impact
• Escalate critical issues with clear technical justification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Failure Analysis / Test / Quality (3+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and PCBs
• Proven experience in customer claim handling (RMA / 8D)
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to prove root cause with evidence (not assumption)
• Experience using lab tools (oscilloscope, DMM, etc.) effectively
• Data-driven mindset (Excel / Minitab / statistical thinking)
• Good technical communication with clear, structured reporting
