About the Role

Location: Prachinburi, Thailand
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 (6 days/week), with potential shift patterns (day/night)

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and products using wet molded fiber, pressed board cutlery, or paper cup production.
• Qualify and source fiber/plastic materials.
• Source, select, and set up machinery and equipment.
• Standardize and evaluate machine setup and performance.
• Implement process controls to optimize product quality and meet customer specifications.
• Oversee product quality control and ensure compliance with standards.
• Train and develop staff in fiber and injection processes.
• Set up and change molds and equipment as needed.
• Adjust machine parameters to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plastic, Polymer, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Must-have experience in wet molded fiber, pressed board cutlery, or paper cup processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
• Hardworking, proactive, and initiative-driven attitude.
• Ability to communicate in English.
