About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance and Accounting Executive to join our growing team in Kathmandu. This role will support the company's financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with Nepal tax regulations, and assist management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal tax regulations, VAT/GST requirements, and statutory filings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in treasury management activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Maintain accounting documentation and internal controls.
• Support other finance and administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Practical experience with VAT/GST and local tax compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional team environment.
