Financial Controller

About the Role

We are supporting an international consulting and professional services organisation in their search for a Corporate Financial Controller to join their regional leadership team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role will oversee regional finance and accounting operations across multiple countries in Asia and the United States, and will work closely with senior management on strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations across multiple jurisdictions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, audit coordination, intercompany transactions and financial controls
• Lead and manage a support team of accountants and administrative staff
• Partner with external accounting firms and advisors across the region
• Collaborate with senior management to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a full-function Financial Controller role with strong technical accounting and financial control expertise
• Strong exposure to multinational operations and deep understanding of multi-jurisdiction accounting and compliance
• Experience within consulting or professional services is highly advantageous
• Analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and collaborating with teams across different countries and cultures
• Thai and English proficiency required (written and spoken); additional Asian language skills advantageous
