Leasing (Food)

Responsibilities

• Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations, and the development of attractive leasing packages.
• Develop and implement Leasing strategies and guidelines and drive for achieving targets.
• Formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy.
• Manage documentation, prepare a monthly report and any other duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time, Project presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in leasing international brand of food, restaurant, Retail, Sale
• Excellent interpersonal skill and a high degree of effective communication
• Good analytical & problem solving skills/Resourceful and initiative.
• Good reading and writing skills in Thai and English
