Distribution Project Engineer | Location: Bangphli, Samutprakarn
Reports to Head of Distribution

Responsibilities

• Lead major distribution projects including network optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation.
• Enhance operational efficiency through data-driven analysis and best-practice solutions.
• Collaborate across functions: procurement, transport, warehouse, production, vendors, and 3PLs.
• Ensure compliance and manage risks across all project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Faculty, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven capability in project management from planning to execution.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; strong stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy required.
• Passion for innovation, digital tools, and process improvement; ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
