About the Role

Lead and manage nationwide strategic communication and agency alignment initiatives, including the CAO Live platform and the Thailand Impact Plan, acting as Strategy PMO and facilitator between company and agency leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAO Live, a nationwide strategic communication platform to drive alignment and consistent direction across a large agency network.
• Translate executive priorities into clear strategic storylines and an actionable communication framework to improve frontline clarity and execution.
• Coordinate the Thailand Impact Plan with Regional (GAD), consolidating multi-project inputs into clear performance tracking and executive-level insights.
• Act as Strategy PMO: drive focus across initiatives, identify gaps, and support decision-making through structured reporting.
• Facilitate strategic forums between company and agency leaders to enable alignment of business priorities and integrate real-time market feedback.
