About the Role

To ensure alignment of individual KPI / OKR and enable the team to achieve business objectives including top-line and efficiency targets.

• Design target operating model (including customer per staff ratio, frequency and time spent of each activity) to drive business objectives.
• Design incentive, reward & recognition programmes to encourage desired behaviour and achieve financial targets.
• Prepare performance dashboards for management to oversee individual and team performance.
• Design target skills and competency for each position and develop individual training roadmaps based on skills gap analysis.

Qualifications

• Can drive performance of sales head / sales team towards target.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, e.g., presenting performance dashboards.
• Previous experience in sales management, especially in tracking and actively driving performance on a regular basis.
• Sound analytical skills, e.g., identifying performance gaps and misalignments between teams.
• Previous banking and lending product background is a must (for team lead); optional for team members.
• Bad bank knowledge is a plus / optional.
