The team you will be part of

Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.

The part you will play

We’re looking for an E-commerce Store Operations Executive who can bridge operational excellence and commercial growth — ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, precise product management, and optimized store performance. You’ll work closely with our KAM, Merchandising, Creative teams to ensure every promotion runs flawlessly, drives sales, and delivers an exceptional client experience.

• Backend & Store Operations: Manage and maintain e-commerce backend systems (Shop-in-Shop / Backend) primarily across major platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Product & Pricing Management: Responsible for product listings, stock updates, and pricing/promotion submissions across all platforms.
• Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Support the execution of promotion plans, coordinate campaigns, and ensure all campaign updates go live accurately according to the timeline.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor ongoing campaigns and track campaign performance to ensure efficiency and alignment with sales targets.
• Workflow & Timeline Management: Assist in managing the team's workflow to ensure all submissions, store setups, and promotional tasks are completed in a timely and smooth manner.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (KAM, Content, and Customer Service) to align on store operations.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Handle other ad-hoc projects and support tasks related to driving online sales and ensuring smooth store readiness.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• University degree in any field.
• 1+ years experience in Key account management or Store operations in e-commerce (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor.
• Commercial performance-driven mindset, Flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Team player, collaborate with others and communicate effectively.
• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up.
