Driver Supply Management (ShopeeFood)

About the Role

• Initiate and develop strategy to retain and reactivate ShopeeFood’s driver following the daily and monthly target in multiple service area
• Monitor and optimize driver supply across Shopee warehouses, proactively identifying and resolving driver-related issues to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage end-to-end driver-related initiatives to drive shop sales uplift, including sales forecasting and inventory replenishment
• Able to support adhoc projects across all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and closure
• Optimize project resources, including budget, timeline, and workforce allocation, to ensure efficient delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business or any related field
• 0-3 years of work experience in related fields
• Strong Excel skill is required, SQL is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills, both speaking and written in Thai and English
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills and able to make judgment based on logical reasons
• Good team players and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexible in working hours (issues that require attention can occur outside normal working hours)
