Staff, Advance Quality Inspection

Main purpose of the role:

Inspect pre-production products with quality standard and deliver to next process within timeline
ตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงานในช่วงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการผลิตให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานทางคุณภาพ และส่งมอบไปยังกระบวนการถัดไป ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

Key accountabilities:

• Inspect pre-production products with quality standard and deliver to next process within timeline
  ตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงานในช่วงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการผลิตให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานทางคุณภาพ และส่งมอบไปยังกระบวนการถัดไป ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• Record inspection result and defective and defect symptoms follow defect definition code then feedback to leader or relevant team for analyst quality issue
  บันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ งานเสีย และอาการงานเสีย โดยปฎิบัติตามมาตรฐานรหัสงานเสียที่กำหนดไว้ และแจ้งหัวหน้าหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหา
• Follow quality instruction and method and align with quality standards.
  ปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้องตามกำหนดหรือมาตรฐาน เพื่อรักษามาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ได้คุณภาพ
• Develop and improve skills, knowledge and abilities related to quality inspection continuously and regularly.
  พัฒนา ปรับปรุงทักษะความรู้ความสามารถที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ
• Communicate with the team and stakeholders to exchange information about quality.
  สื่อสารกับทีมและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพ

Candidate Description

Educational background:

High school M.3 or equivalent
มัธยมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 หรือเทียบเท่า

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

Minimum 1 year’ experience in inspection or jewelry business
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการการตรวจสอบงาน หรือด้านงานจิวเวลรี่อย่างน้อย 1 ปี

Personal Competencies:

• Knowledge in quality inspection process and recording
  มีความรู้ด้านการตรวจสอบชิ้นงานให้มีคุณภาพ และลงบันทึกข้อมูล
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  มีทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีมและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• Ability to right decision making
