Responsibilities

• Take direct charge of agency management and daily operations for TikTok LIVE.
• Assist in designing agency campaigns and strategies to help improve agency revenue and overall performance.
• Resolve various issues encountered by internal teams and agency partners.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with agencies to ensure smooth operation.
• Engage in impactful short-term projects to gain practical skills and real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and logical thinking ability.
• Interested in the Internet entertainment and social media fields.
• Able to commit to at least a 3-month internship, with 4+ days per week on-site.
• Preferred: relevant Internet internship experience or some understanding of the live streaming industry.
• Preferred: able to bear a certain work intensity and have a strong sense of responsibility.
