Plant Supervisor (Lead)

Position Summary:

Lead and oversee all plant operations including mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of data center critical infrastructure. This senior leadership role ensures 24/7 operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance and operations teams across all shifts
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize facility performance metrics and KPIs
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical events
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 7+ years of experience in data center, critical facilities, or industrial plant operations
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and critical infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken)
• Certifications such as CMRP, PMP, or relevant technical certifications preferred
