Responsibilities

• Support AOI, packing machines, tooling, and automation equipment (robot).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and computer systems/software.
• Implement continual improvement programs, parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair work on equipment.
• Evaluate and release new machines.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements and collaborate with suppliers on equipment-related matters.
• Monitor machine performance, generate regular update reports, and track OEE, efficiency, cost, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry or related fields.
• Good communication in Thai and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and under high pressure.
• Availability to work or be on standby during after-office hours, weekends, and public holidays for critical issues.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
• Understanding of automation (robotic) and programming is an advantage.
