Transaction Product Manager

About the Role

Location: Bank of China (Thai), Sathorn - Head Office

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the development/management of both Domestic and International Payment Products (e.g., PromptPay, RTGS, SWIFT, CIPS, Cross-border Remittance).
• Innovation & Governance: Initiate new product concepts, conducting thorough product due diligence, and product procedures to ensure seamless execution.
• Market Intelligence: Perform continuous market research to stay ahead of competitive banking practices, emerging fintech trends, and peer product offerings.
• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary coordinator with external regulators (such as the Central Bank) to ensure all products comply with financial laws and reporting standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Operations, Legal, and Risk departments to align product features with technical capabilities and institutional safeguards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related fields.
• Able to use computer related software i.e. Microsoft office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), Email, etc.
• Fluent in both English and Thai.
• Deep understanding of domestic and international payment/remittance products.
