About the Role

Join the AGT Leopard Program, launched by the Accommodation Business Group (ABG) at Trip.com Group. This 18-month accelerated program is a talent development journey to shape future leaders in the global travel industry. As you progress, you will be trained to master core competencies of a business development expert and, upon graduation, will be ready to take responsibility for hotel coverage and sign new contracts aligned with company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for hotel coverage and sign new contracts in alignment with company strategy
• Promote the Trip.com brand and its online reservation services to partners
• Consult partners on short- and long-term strategies to maximize revenue through rate parity, availability, inventory, and commercial campaigns
• Leverage business relationships to make Trip.com the partner's most preferred OTA platform
• Utilize data analysis and market research to understand market landscapes and identify opportunities

Qualifications

• Class of 2026, Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution
• English and Thai can be used fluently as a working language
