Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing selection and evaluation of vendor and contractor
• Analyze procurement big data to initiate a new sourcing plan and strategy.
• Prepare documentation related to procurement tasks (RFP, RFQ, BOQ comparison, Vendor Evaluation, Market Trend, and Key Cost Driver)
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and vendors, sourcing new partners and selecting those that meet the requirement qualifications.
• Negotiate/ conduct bidding with suppliers to build a commercial partnership
• Explore new opportunities for product and service innovation to lead to cost reduction and efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Category expert/Procurement/Supply.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of budget management and control.
• Experience in managing the recruitment and selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Solid understanding of construction processes for both high-rise and low-rise buildings.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a purchasing team within the real estate development sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
• Creative, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development.
