Responsibilities

The Senior officer, Sales Support has responsibility to enhance the client loyalty, maintain relationship with client when the policy renew and supporting any request on additional requirement from client during the policy period and producing the chance to providing the quote, proposal, presentation and business strategy to the prospects as much as possible.
The goal is trying to support Marine & Logistics Team in each other ways to find new opportunity and finally to bring the win of quote, proposal, and business strategy in order to generate income for company. Senior Executive need to be supported Marine Team to visit, developing relationship, presentation, present strategy, so that client makes decision to use company service. And also support all class of Non Motor Claim, firstly explain coverage and ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction with HowdenMaxi Claim Solution.
The production will be counted with achievement in all lines of insurance classes for new business and development of additional policy of existing accounts.
