About the Role

Makro's Young Talent Program - Chinese track offering structured rotations across key Wholesale and Retail business functions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across key business functions in Wholesale and Retail operations
• Support cross-functional teams in Commercial, Merchandising, E-commerce, Store Operations and Supply Chain activities
• Analyze business data to generate insights and support decision-making
• Work on projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Chinese-speaking partners/suppliers
• Develop a strong understanding of core business functions across Wholesale and Retail environments
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and structured communication

Qualifications

• Open to Thai and Non-Thai candidates based in Thailand
• Fresh graduates (0–2 years of experience) in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• Proficiency in Chinese (minimum HSK Level 4 required)
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in Wholesale / Retail business and operations
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a growth mindset
