About the Role

Position: Logistics & Warehouse Manager at King Power — Bang Bo, Samut Prakan (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily warehouse operations to meet quality, quantity, and time requirements.
• Ensure accurate receiving, proper storage conditions, and on-time delivery to stores.
• Monitor compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement policies to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing overstocking or stockouts.
• Manage and control warehouse operating expenses, storage costs, and inventory-related spending.
• Implement FIFO and ensure timely and accurate stock distribution to meet sales demands.
• Optimize warehouse space and allocate resources efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and introduce process improvements for accuracy, speed, and safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff; foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a retail or duty-free environment.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, inventory control, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Computer literacy: Advanced Excel.
• Proven track record in cost control, process improvement, and space optimization.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities and ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
