Sr. Corporate Communication Manager

About the Role

Consolidate communications as ONE: position Allianz Ayudhya as the trusted global brand with financial stability, manage reputational risk and lead crisis communications. Work with People and Culture team to drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute both external and internal communications functions.
• External Communications: identify PR strategic plan and narrative to drive positive coverage; work with PR consultant to plan and execute press activities (press conferences, interviews, roundtables, photo shoots); maintain media relations; act as representative with regulators (TLAA/TGIA and OIC); collaborate with group/regional on communications matters; keep track of media coverage and coordinate with digital team to leverage coverage.
• Internal Communications: work with People & Culture to drive employee happiness (AES); plan and communicate important messages to employees using the right channels at the right time; plan and manage staff town halls/meetings to ensure company strategies are communicated properly; work with DM to drive staff-buy policy; collaborate with group/regional on communications matters.
• Crisis Communications: be part of working team/taskforce representing comms (e.g., BCM, crisis); work closely with taskforce to execute communications with the right message at the right time; monitor reputation risk with a preemptive approach.

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Customer and Product Marketing, Advertising and/or Project Management in insurance, consumer or banking business.
• Preferred: strong communication, analytical and creative thinking skills; business acumen and leadership skills; fluent in English communications; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot365) is an advantage.
