About the Role
The HR Talent Development (People & Culture) role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving talent development, learning, and employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and build people capabilities aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with HR, leadership, and business stakeholders at both local and regional levels to deliver impactful learning programs, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities that support organizational growth and performance.
Responsibilities
- Learning & Development: Manage end‑to‑end L&D activities from planning through execution and evaluation.
- Learning & Development: Research, recommend, and coordinate internal and external training programs and certification, including SAP‑related training and internal knowledge‑sharing.
- Learning & Development: Maintain employee training records and act as the main database owner for training and skill development data; liaise with internal/external stakeholders and submit training documentation to the Department of Skill Development (DSD) as required.
- Learning & Development: Monitor training quality and effectiveness; compile, analyze, and report training data to support workforce planning and management decisions.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Support planning and execution of engagement programs, surveys, pulse checks, and feedback activities; analyze engagement and people data to identify trends and drivers of employee experience.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Support engagement action planning and follow‑up with HR and business teams; organize culture‑building initiatives, recognition programs, internal communications, onboarding/orientation, and milestone activities.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Contribute to employee experience initiatives across key employee life‑cycle moments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- 3–5 years' experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or People & Culture roles; experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organisations is a plus.
- Experience supporting surveys, training operations, HR programs, or people initiatives and working in a matrix or cross‑functional environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English.

- Strong coordination, organization, execution capability, and service‑minded collaboration.
- Good presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
