Line Haul Operations - Samut Prakan (Contract) (SPX Express)

About the Role

Support Line Haul Operations team for daily operations and act as the key contact point for all parties (internal and external). Based at Shopee Sorting Center (SOCE) at Samut Prakan. Contract role, onsite. Able to work night shifts and 6 days per week depending on assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact point of all parties both internal and external for Line Haul Operations
• Reconcile and create daily truck usage report or any other reports
• Support Line Haul ground operations
• Recheck and follow all trucks to arrive on-time at each station
• Coordinate with subcontractor company to inform daily operation issues or call extra trucks
• Coordinate with subcontractor company to inform/adjust number of trucks needed or truck scheduling
• Plan daily truck usage to support daily operations and efficiently manage number of trucks to cope with daily parcel volume
• Other tasks related to Line Haul scope

Qualifications

• Based at Shopee Sorting Center (SOCE) at Samut Prakan
• Able to work 6 days and night time (depends on assigned shift)
• Having a sense of problem solving and root cause finding; can dig deeper into root-cause
• Excellent in communication, negotiating, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Moderate Microsoft Office skills
• Basic knowledge in transport operation and planning is a plus
