Glass Inspection Staff

Job Summary

• Inspect product quality and sort out non-conforming items during production.
• Re-package and resort non-conforming products to meet quality standards.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Glass Inspection Supervisor to achieve the department's objectives and goals.

Job Description:

• Inspect and sort out bottles that do not meet specifications from the production process.
• Inspect packaging before delivery to customers to ensure it is in perfect condition and builds customer confidence.
• Prepare necessary packaging materials for bottle packing, such as paper trays, straps, and shrink plastic bags, ensuring sufficient supply for use.
• Control the issuance of Pallet IDs to match the production lot accurately, and attach quality approval labels to packaging for products that meet specifications.
• Identify unsafe conditions and actions within the factory, take corrective actions, and report to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
